Property manager—full time—Bowral
Our established property management business is looking for an experienced property manager to come onboard to oversee our substantial portfolio of rental properties.
Specifically, you’ll maintain and manage relationships with landlords and tenants; show tenants available rental properties; process tenancy applications; conduct moving in/moving out and periodic inspections; and deal with maintenance and repairs, as needed.
To do this job and to do it well, you’ll need first-class written and verbal communication skills, and you’ll also need to be super-organised, professional and personable.
While you’ll enjoy interacting with members of our friendly team, you’ll be equally happy working on your own in our modern office, supported by well-established systems and procedures.
