Office Administration Position
High-end perimeter security company – Mittagong
Are you a highly organised, motivated individual with great interpersonal and communication skills? If so, this could be the role for you. A high-end perimeter security company are seeking someone to support their office manager in administration for one day a week (initially). The role will require advanced written and oral communication skills, experience with tender submissions and Xero accounts and WHS implementation experience would be desirable (especially in the construction industry). Your day to day duties will include scheduling fence repairs, liaising with clients, subcontractors and technicians, invoicing jobs, accounts payable, filing, answering phones and general office duties.
