Our environmental monitoring business needs an exceptional administration manager to ensure our office runs as smooth as clockwork.
You’ll need to possess first-class verbal and written communication skills seeing a large part of your role will involve drafting correspondence, presentations and reports, and liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
To enable you to manage budgets and administer stock control, you’ll also need to be good with numbers and have a solid knowledge of Xero accounting for billing and invoicing.
Your role will also involve supervising and monitoring the administrative team, as well as implementing and maintaining procedures and policies, including health and safety compliance.
