Customer Service / Spare Parts Officer
If administration and customer service are what you know and love, we have an opportunity in our agricultural equipment business that could be right up your alley.
Importantly, you’ll have mechanical experience and knowledge, so the complex world of spare parts won’t be a mystery to you—it’ll be something you know inside out, seeing you’ll be the person managing our spare parts inventory and procurement process. To this end, you’ll possess excellent computer and organisational skills and be able to move swiftly from task to task, as required.
We’re looking for someone with a friendly, welcoming disposition, who knows that good customer service doesn’t end when a client leaves the building—you’ll understand only too well the importance of following up on enquiries and orders, regardless of their magnitude.
