Customer Service Outbound Sales
Local finance company are seeking experienced candidates to apply for a full time Customer care Specialist position based in their Bowral contact centre.
This is a crucial role in the community focused company as it delivers growth to the business through providing outstanding customer service and is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships within the business.
A successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised and an independent worker with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. They will be a team player who understands how to foster positive group cultures through empathetic listening and constructive communications. The role will require the candidate to be able to identify and proactively respond to growth opportunities across different Member portfolios as well as supporting the overall achievement of team KPIs.
Specific technical skills required include;
-Excellent outbound sales and retention calling skills
-Excellent objection handling skills and understanding of sales techniques
-Strong problem solving skills
-Clear and friendly telephone manner
-Ability to work through complex Member issues independently and with confidence.
-Ability to identify process improvements and recommendations
-Role model team culture and growth mindset within the organisation
-Will have or be willing to obtain: Tier 2 Banking and General Insurance
