Compliance and Governance Manager—Bowral
Our privately owned service provider is searching for a sharp-as-a-tack, self-motivated team player to be our Compliance and Governance Manager at our head office in the Southern Highlands, NSW.
Reporting to our General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management and maintenance—as well as documentation and implementation—of operational compliance on the quality, safety, environment, and IT and systems fronts.
Within no time, you’ll become an expert on the specific laws, regulations and standards relevant to our medical-related business.
Not only will you clearly and concisely report findings, update program status and outline remediation actions to our executive team, you’ll also suggest corrective actions, identify hidden risks, and monitor and define metrics to assess our business performance through audit activity.
To this end, you’ll need to possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and be computer savvy.
In addition, you’ll be required to develop and deliver compliance training programs, as well as keep meticulous records.
