Administration / Accounts Assistant
Are you one of those rare big-picture types who’s been blessed with a meticulous eye for detail?
If so, you could be who we’re looking for to manage our quality control and customer service, especially if you have manufacturing as well as procedural and people management experience.
For this new role, we’re wanting a self-motivated, independent thinker who’s also a flexible team player—someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who knows their way around a computer.
Your typical day might involve, among other things, managing and fulfilling purchase orders; encouraging an inclusive and respectful company culture; and serving as a quality-control ambassador. In a typical week, you’ll manage our payroll and debtors list to ensure payments are received on time, and reconcile and reorder stock.
This role is 5 days, 35 hours per week but for the right candidate, we could offer school hours.
