Administration/Accounts Assistant—full time—Bowral
We’re looking for a versatile bright spark with enviable interpersonal skills to join our dedicated accounts/administrative team—someone who prides themselves on dotting every I and crossing every T, and who’s great with both words and numbers.
Working closely with the Accounts Director and Administration Manager, you’ll assist with monthly reconciliations, invoicing, stock and sales reporting, company assets management and processing sales orders.
You’ll also help with general administrative duties, as needed, including preparing documents for reporting, claims and shipments, note-taking and updating company spreadsheets and files for procurement.
To do this job—and to do it well—you’ll need excellent organisational, time management and communication skills, and you’ll need to know your way around Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, but you’ll also be an enthusiastic self-starter.
